Sheffield Hallam Uni
knowledge applied

Sheffield Hallam University put a lot of emphasis on workplace learning. To highlight this point of difference, I helped craft a brand ad to bring their new 'Knowledge Applied' positioning to life.

Taking inspiration from a line in a Walt Whitman poem - 'long I thought that knowledge alone would suffice me' - I crafted a reflective monologue that highlighted the power of workplace learning.

As a solo creative on this project, I provided the visual treatment and the script. I wanted to incorporate the idea that the university is an intersection of academic and practical learning, so I wrote and visualised scenes with intersections, showing two worlds meeting.
